What is NaNoWrimo?

National Novel Writing Month happens every November! It’s a fun, seat-of-your-pants writing event where the challenge is to complete an entire novel in just 30 days. For one month, you get to lock away your inner editor, let your imagination take over, and just create!

That means participants begin writing November 1 and must finish by midnight, November 30. The word-count goal is 50,000 words.

No matter the genre (fiction, non-fiction, poetry) everyone can join in on the fun.

About Your ML

Hey everyone, I’m Breezy Jones, the ML for the Citrus County Region. I’m a wife to my husband Kyle and a mother to a beautiful four year old daughter.  I am not a published author but I do hope to be in a year or two.  I actually just finished my first novel doing Nano two years ago.  Afterwords I ended up hating it, tore it apart and rewrote it during last years Nano. This year I’m excited to say I have a whole new novel I’m working on.

As for our region! I have so many exciting ideas including, but not limited to engaging write-ins all over citrus county, online forums  and even some giveaways!  I’m super active on our Facebook page Here. I’m always happy to make new friends, and open to all your ideas and suggestions.  So as always I encourage you to reach out to me for any reason at all. You can contact me through the webpage Here.  On FB as Breezy Jones.
